At Clean Is Good Service, we are dedicated to creating immaculate and inviting environments that enhance our clients' quality of life. Our Service Pledge:

  1. Transparent Pricing: We provide a fixed price based on the property's size and condition.

  2. Pre-Service Assessment: If discrepancies arise between the described and actual conditions, we will inform you prior to commencing work.

  3. Issue Resolution: Should any concerns arise, we will promptly address them to your satisfaction.

In instances where our service does not meet expectations, we offer assurances detailed in our Happiness Guarantee and Bond Back Guarantee policies.

Client Responsibilities

Given the volume of complimentary quotes we provide daily, conducting in-person free inspection for each is sometimes unfeasible. Therefore, we rely on clients to accurately describe the scope of work, including property size, condition, specific tasks, number of carpeted rooms, and garden or lawn status. This information enables us to maintain operational efficiency while offering fixed pricing and our satisfaction guarantees.

 

Upon arrival, if our team determines discrepancies in the property's description or scope, we will discuss necessary adjustments with you before initiating service.

Others considerations:

  • Access: The Customer must ensure that the Company has unencumbered and unobstructed access to the areas requiring cleaning.

  • Utilities: The Customer must provide access to necessary utilities, including hot and cold water and electricity.

  • Hazards: The Customer must inform the Company of any potential hazards, slippery surfaces, or risks at the premises.

Booking and Scheduling

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or phone.

  • Rescheduling and Cancellations: Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Extra charges

We aim to provide accurate pricing; however, additional charges may apply under the following conditions:

Cleaning Service

​

  1. Our estimates are based on an average house condition, without significant calcium or mineral buildup or heavy grease. Extra charges may apply if the property is found to be in worse condition during the cleaning.

  2. Standard quotes do not include cleaning areas higher than 3 meters. Any high-level cleaning must be disclosed and arranged beforehand, and additional charges will be reflected in the final quote.

  3. Blind cleaning includes basic dusting and wiping at a rate of $5 to $10 per blind. Additional charges may be applied if more detailed cleaning is necessary, which will be assessed on the cleaning day.

  4. Wall cleaning is limited to basic and minor cleaning. If more extensive cleaning is required, the price may be adjusted, with an additional cost of up to $50 per room or area, based on the property's condition.

  5. Cleaning of attached or secured items, such as security screens, ovens, or light fixtures, will only be performed if these items can be easily removed without the use of tools. Items requiring screws or specialised tools will not be cleaned.

Stains and Carpet Service

  1. Stain Treatment

    • Pre-Existing Stains: While standard carpet cleaning includes general stain removal, certain stubborn or permanent stains (e.g., wine, ink, pet urine, or dye-based stains) may require specialized treatments, which will incur an additional charge.

    • Advanced Stain Removal: For deep-set or difficult stains, the Company will inform the Customer of the additional costs before proceeding. These treatments are not guaranteed to fully remove all stains due to factors such as carpet material and stain age.

  2. Condition of the Carpet

    • Heavily Soiled Carpets: Carpets with excessive dirt, debris, or neglect may require additional cleaning time or specialized equipment, leading to extra charges.

    • Pre-Treatment: A pre-treatment process may be necessary for heavily soiled areas and will be billed separately if required.

  3. Pet Odors and Damage

    • Pet Odor Treatment: Specialized treatments to address pet odors or urine contamination are not included in standard services and will incur extra charges.

    • Pet Hair Removal: Excessive pet hair embedded in the carpet will require additional labor and equipment, which may result in an extra fee.

  4. Furniture Moving

    • If heavy furniture needs to be moved before cleaning, additional labor costs may apply. The Company will discuss this with the Customer in advance.

  5. Carpet Repairs or Restoration

    • Any repairs, patchwork, or restoration services required due to burns, rips, or excessive wear and tear are not included in standard carpet cleaning and will incur separate charges.

  6. Communication of Additional Charges

    • The Company will inspect the carpets upon arrival and notify the Customer of any extra charges for specialized treatments or labor before commencing the work. The Customer must approve these charges prior to the service.​

Exclusions

Our Standard Lease Cleaning Checklists are designed to meet the Real Estate Bond inspection requirements. However, some specialised cleaning tasks required by certain real estates are not included in the quoted price. Please review the exclusions below for more details:

  1. Pressure cleaning of exterior areas such as patios, courtyards, and garages is not included but can be added for an additional charge.

  2. Professional tile and grout cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

  3. Ceiling and curtain cleaning is not part of our service.

  4. For heavily greasy blinds, you must hire a professional blind cleaning service.

  5. Any cleaning tasks not listed in the itemised pricing are excluded.

  6. Standard end-of-lease cleaning covers all internal surfaces, as outlined in the attached checklist. External cleaning is limited to sweeping and cobweb removal in the patio/alfresco area and garage.
